Jillian has been a valued member of our legal staff since 2005. She started as an office assistant and worked her way through the ranks as there didn’t seem to be any task she could not conquer. She was also working towards her college degree attending Utah State University majoring in History. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010 and was promoted to Legal Assistant. She has worked tirelessly to make sure her cases and our clients receive exceptional care and that they feel like the most important client in the office.
Through her tenure here at our Firm she has also been instrumental in assisting the Managing Attorney with implementing current Firm Policies and Procedures and training. She is extremely well like and respected among her peers.
Jillian was recently promoted to Practice Administrator in which she is primarily responsible for ongoing training of all legal assistants and new attorneys, as well as filling any open position in the Firm. She is also the Firm liaison with all medical providers taking any questions or concerns regarding medical treatment, surgical evaluations, liens and medical charges. We also have an Open Door Policy with every client. They have access to Jillian at any time should they have a question or concern about their claim.
