Attorney Bill Rawlings, as owner and founding partner of William R. Rawlings & Associates, has been a practicing attorney since 1980. He has extensive litigation experience involving both court and jury trials, and is licensed in Utah, California, and Idaho. Prior to starting his own private practice, Bill Rawlings was a personal injury adjuster and defense attorney for one of the largest insurance companies in the nation. He has used his insider knowledge of the insurance defense system to work in favor of people who have been injured through no fault of their own. For the past thirty years, Bill Rawlings has concentrated on handling accident, injury, and wrongful death claims.

Attorney Sallie Rawlings began her career with one of the largest insurance companies in the nation as a Bodily Injury Superintendent. Her 10 years in the insurance industry gave her invaluable insight to the inner workings and philosophies of insurance companies. In 1991, she joined William Rawlings & Associates, handling personal injury and wrongful death cases in the State of California. Her main focus was on negotiating, mediating, and arbitrating cases involving automobiles, commercial trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, and public transportation.
When William Rawlings & Associates relocated to Utah in 1998, Sallie Rawlings took on an administrative role, authoring the firm handbook, procedural and policy guidelines, and training manual for new attorneys and paralegals.

Michael Porrazzo is the Managing Attorney at William Rawlings & Associates. Michael’s practice focuses on helping victims injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, and dog bites. Michael handles many of the firm’s wrongful death, nursing home neglect, and elder abuse cases, and he has experience with employment matters such as wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination. Michael also represents community associations, timeshare developments and private clubs in all aspects of the law, including litigation and transactional matters.
In 2007, Michael completed his undergraduate education at San Diego State University, obtaining his BA in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology. Michael was named to the Dean’s List and was a member of the Psi Chi Psychology Honor Society.
In 2012, Michael obtained his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. Michael was named to the Dean’s List and tutored other students in legal research and writing. While clerking for a civil litigation firm during his second year, Michael helped secure a $550,000.00 summary judgment award for breach of contract. In his final semester, Michael was a State Bar Certified Legal Intern and received the Faculty Award for outstanding academic achievement and commitment to the law school and his community.
Michael is admitted to practice before all courts in the States of California and Utah, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Utah. Michael enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.

JILLIAN GALLARD
Jillian serves as our Practice Administrator and is primarily responsible for ongoing training of all paralegals and new attorneys, as well as filling any open position in the Firm. She has been a valued member of our legal staff since 2005, working tirelessly to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
During her tenure at William Rawlings & Associates, Jillian has been instrumental in assisting the managing attorney with implementing firm policies and procedures. She is extremely well-liked and respected among her peers.
Clients have access to Jillian at any time should they have a question or concern about the handling of their claim.

Matthew Goble is an Associate Attorney at William Rawlings & Associates, having joined our firm in 2017. Goble has experience in many different areas of law, but primarily focuses on Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. With his previous law firm, Matt Goble contracted with the cities of Spanish Fork and Salem, Utah to provide representation as a criminal defense attorney for the public in need. He was able through these contracts to represent hundreds of clients seeking criminal help yearly. At William Rawlings & Associates, Matt Goble is completely involved in all aspects of the litigation and pre-litigation process for our personal injury clients, and defends our clients who have sought an advocate for Criminal Defense.
During law school, Matt Goble was president of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Also while in law school, he interned for the District Attorney’s office in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma and subsequently for the City Attorney in Carbondale, Illinois, assisting both in numerous trials and other Prosecutorial matters.
Matt Goble is native to Utah and grew up in Spanish Fork. He still lives in Utah County with his wife and two children. He enjoys participating in most all sports and plays competitive softball year-round. He speaks fluent Spanish and is available to assist our Spanish speaking clients with their legal matters.

Ryne Jones is an associate attorney at William Rawlings & Associates, having joined the firm in November 2019. Ryne Jones primarily focuses on personal injury cases, which includes car accidents, trucking accidents, dog bites, and premise liability. Ryne Jones graduated from law school in May 2019, passed the July 2019 Bar Exam, and joined William Rawlings & Associates immediately after being sworn in. At William Rawlings & Associates he is completely involved in all aspects of the pre-litigation and litigation process for our personal injury clients.
Ryne graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He first attended Arizona Summit Law School in Phoenix, Arizona with a full-tuition scholarship. He was named to the Dean’s List and was at the top of his class before transferring and finishing his degree at the University of North Dakota School of Law. While in law school, Ryne had the opportunity to extern with The United States Attorney for the District of North Dakota in Fargo. While with the US Attorney’s office, Ryne was able to assist with work in criminal proceedings and civil litigation.
Ryne Jones is a native to Utah and grew up in Castle Dale. He enjoys playing and watching sports, especially the Jazz. His hobbies include golfing and running, and he recently completed his first marathon.
