The Utah Association for Justice's Annual Golf Tournament was held at Old Mill Golf Course in Salt Lake City on Friday, July 12, 2013. Plaintiff attorneys from all over the Salt Lake Valley came out to participate in this four-person scramble tournament. Our office team included firm owner and founder, William Rawlings, associate attorneys Travis Alkire and Michael Porrazzo, and office manager, Nate Tebbs. Although the team did not win the tournament, they carded a 3-under 68 and had an amazing time!
We pride ourselves in our victories for our clients both in and out of court, but get more joy from the causes we champion for others. We have supported Make A Wish Foundation, Susan G. Komen, Draper Nights & Kelly Cares Foundation over the years and encourage our associates to take on a cause to give back to the community we serve.
Every year we adopt a charity to participate in a fund raising campaign and to raise awareness in our own community for charities around the nation. For the last 5 years, our associate Sallie Rawlings and our former California Office manage, Kelley Younger participated in the Susan G. Komen 3 Day 60 mile walk for Breast Cancer research held in San Diego, California.
